Website Design & Marketing Services Agreement

Between Standout Fast ("We") and the Client ("You")

1. Privacy & Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously. Any information you share with us—including customer contact details, marketing data, or business insights—will be kept private and never shared outside our team.

If we integrate with your accounting, invoicing, or CRM software, we will only access the data necessary to provide the requested services. All information will remain confidential and will never be sold, shared, or used for any purpose outside of your project.

2. Customer Contact Permission
If you provide us with any customer phone numbers or email addresses, you confirm that you have permission to contact those individuals. This allows us to assist with services like review requests, follow-ups, and marketing messages on your behalf.

3. Domain Name Ownership
To make things easier, we may purchase, transfer, or manage your domain name through our account. However, you will always retain full ownership of your domain. If you ever want it transferred to your own account, just let us know—we’ll handle the transfer promptly.

5. Additional Services
Any work requested outside the scope of your selected plan will be billed at $100 per hour. We’ll always confirm with you before beginning any additional billable work.

6. Access & Information Needed
To complete certain services, you may need to provide us with access to your business tools—such as your Google Business Profile, Facebook page, website hosting, CRM, or accounting software. We’ll only request access to what’s needed and will never make changes outside the scope of our work.

Some services (like ad setup, profile verification, requesting/responding to reviews, or business listings) may require us to act on your behalf. By working with us, you give permission for us to complete these actions as part of delivering the services you’ve requested.

We may also need additional information such as your EIN, proof of insurance, or business license, especially when verifying your business with platforms like Google or Meta.

If needed, we may create a new business phone number for texting customers. This number will forward any calls to your existing line.

7. Ad Spend
All ad spend—like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other paid campaigns—isn't included in our management fees. You cover the actual ads, and our fee covers strategy, setup, reporting, and tweaking campaigns to get results.

8. Photo Copyrights
If you send over any photos, designs, or graphics, they’re yours—we don’t claim ownership. You confirm you own the rights (or you have permission), and you give us the green light to use them while working on your project.

9. Google Business Profile Changes
Making updates to your Google Business Profile—like changing your name, address, categories or even merging locations—can prompt Google to ask you to verify again. That’s out of our control, and it might affect your listing temporarily until it’s all checked and approved.

10. Payments
Services are billed as monthly recurring invoices. Any monthly fees or one-time charges will be clearly outlined before we begin. Payments are auto-charged each month—ACH is preferred, but credit cards are also accepted.

If a credit card expires or a payment fails, you’ll receive a notification to update your payment method. Invoices are due upon receipt. If payment is late, services may be paused until the account is current.

11. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time with written notice. Likewise, we reserve the right to cancel our services with reasonable notice if needed. If we’re managing your hosting or domain, we’ll assist with transferring everything back to you to ensure a smooth transition.

If a website plan is canceled within the first 12 months after launch, a $650 cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover the time and resources invested in building your site.

12. Agreement
