Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, so you're never locked in. We want you to stay because it's working, not because you signed something.
Can I get a website and the Maps System together?
Yes. Pick a website, the Maps System, or both. They work on their own or side by side.
What's the difference between the Starter Site and the Authority Site?
The Starter Site is a great way to get a professional presence online. It’s a 3–5 page website with a free build for $97/month. The Authority Site is built to get you found. We keep adding pages for each service you offer and each town you serve, so Google better understands what you do and where you do it. That gives you more chances to show up when people search for those services or locations. It launches with 5 pages and adds a new one every month (up to 15–30), for $297/month with a $1,000 setup.
How long until my new website is live?
About 7–10 days after your interview. We use what you tell us in the interview to write and build your site, then launch it.
How soon will the Maps System help me show up higher on Google?
Most Maps System clients see their local rankings improve in less than 90 days, both on the Google map across the towns they serve and in regular Google search results. Every business is different, though. How fast you climb depends on things like how many reviews you get, how often your crew checks in on jobs, and how much competition you have nearby.
How long does a job-site check-in take?

Is ad spend included with Local Service Ads?
No. The $99/month covers setting up and managing your Local Service Ads. Ad spend is separate, and you only pay Google for leads. Local Service Ads are available for certain trades and areas only.
What is a citation, and why does it matter?
A citation is any listing of your business name, address and phone number online, like on Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp or an industry directory. When those listings match, Google and AI tools are more confident your information is correct. When they don't, like an old phone number or a previous address, it creates doubt and can send customers to the wrong place. Citation Boost keeps them all accurate, and updates them everywhere if anything changes.
